3. Balancing Table
This yoga-like pose works the entire core plus the legs and arms. Get down on all fours and then raise one arm straight out in front of you. Then raise your opposite leg so that it’s extended straight behind you and keep your body from extended fingertip to pointed toe straight and level, like a table. Hold the pose for a few seconds and repeat several times before switching sides.

4. Locust Pose
Another yoga move, the locust pose works the core and the entire back of the body. Lay on your belly with your arms down at your side. On an inhale, lift your head and toes up, keeping your legs ‘zipped’ together from top to bottom, and reach your fingertips back towards your toes. Hold this pose for a few breaths before gently releasing everything to the floor and repeating.
