14. Donkey Lifts
Donkey lifts start like donkey kicks but you’re going to be lifted on your bottom leg by digging your toes into the floor so you can raise your knee up off the ground. Then, lift one leg in the same way as you did in donkey kicks. Don’t feel as though you have to do as many reps with this one. It’s a doozie!
