15. Total Booty Blasts
Ready for the ultimate buttocks exercises? This one works the whole lower body but especially your delicious derriere! Start in the same position as the sidekick plié, legs wide with knees bent over your toes, and put your hands on your hips. Then lower your hands to the floor while you cross one leg behind you, tapping your toes on the floor before returning to start. Repeat at least ten times on each side. You can thank us later.
