1. Glute Squeeze
Kind of like doing your kegels, you can do these while driving or sitting at your desk at the office. Unlike kegels, we do caution that you consider your surroundings if you choose to squeeze your glutes (squeeze and hold for a count of five, then relax, and repeat) while standing because, unless you’re wearing a generously sized maxi skirt, people are going to see some movement happening in that area and that might be embarrassing for everyone involved.

2. Hamstring Curl
This exercise is done standing so feel free to hold onto your chair or the wall for balance. Raise one leg up behind you, bending at the knee to keep them together, to make a ninety-degree angle with your shin perpendicular to the floor. Hold it there for a few seconds, release and repeat.
