Pros: Their handles are clearly marked with icons for gluten-free, nonfat, contains nuts, etc. and they offer a vegan option.
Cons: The nutrition info is clearly displayed however it’s in 1oz increments, which can be deceptive when an average scoop is generally 4 oz. Making 20 to 30 calories per one ounce serving not nearly as low-cal as it seems.
