This Koreatown, L.A. staple has traveled far and wide to a corner near you. Its model— self-serve fro-yo with a selection of toppings—has been endlessly imitated but perhaps never truly matched.
Pros: It has a creamy texture and fresh, tart unusual flavors. Some flavors are lower-cal than others but almost all are very low or nonfat.
Cons: The fresh, tart flavors may not be everyone’s cup of tea and if you go crazy with the toppings you could easily pack on calories and fat.
