14. Start with a Good Breakfast
Of all the meals, whether it is three larger meals or several small servings, breakfast is arguably the most crucial part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Breakfast gives you energy for your entire day, not just the hours immediately following mealtime. Plus, if you start your day right you will feel better and make smarter choices in everything else you do.
15. Caffeine
Try to cut back on your caffeine intake. We’re not suggesting completely abandoning caffeinated beverages—after all, we are human! But drinks like coffee, tea, latte etc., can be loaded with hidden calories and if you overdo it with caffeine your sleep habits might suffer.
