18. Alcohol.
Similar to juice, but much less nutritious (bummer), alcohol is a major culprit when it comes to empty calories. But unlike juice or soda, with alcoholic drinks, the more you drink the more you want and the more you forget how many you’ve had. Sneaky little suckers. Be cautious when you do choose to indulge in an adult beverage and try something low calorie like a glass of red wine, vodka with club soda or a light beer.
