9. Find Zen on public transportation.
Remember that meditation techniques are not just relegated to the yoga mat or meditation pillow. There is no reason why you can’t practice your breathing during your morning and evening commute. After all, there’s no better way to start or end a stressful workday.
10. Don’t force it.
If you start small and don’t try to control it too much, you can simply be conscious of your breathing and get all the benefits of meditation. Try starting with just 10 conscious breaths each day and work your way up to 100 over time.
