One of the easiest meditation tips we have is to focus on the rhythm of your feet as they strike the ground, and really listen to all the sounds around you. By listening to the sounds of the world, the noise in your mind will naturally start to quiet down.

7. Do a little knitting.
Repetitive movement that requires focus but little thought is great for meditating without effort. Kneading bread has the same effect, so revisit the lost arts of baking or knitting and enjoy the side benefit of some mental clarity and quiet.
