Or any innocuous white noise, really. When you focus on a soft, soothing sound, your mind will automatically become more clear and calm.

Perhaps you decide that every time you wash your hands, you’ll take a couple deep breaths. Tada! You will have automatically created at least a few one-minute meditation breaks in your day.
