In order to set yourself up for meditation, you’ll want to sit in a comfortable position and be in a comfortable, safe environment.
15. Make a point of being in the moment and noticing new things each day.
This is part of simply being mindful of your existence and it’s recommended by meditation experts, psychologists, doctors and more. By focusing on the present, you can train your mind to block out distractions.
