some of these traits alone are okay, and don’t confuse being fun to be around with emotionally immature. It’s the guys/girls who run away when you need support, drop you at the last minute, say they’re okay you’ve got kids then panic at the thought of ever meeting them but are still happy to sleep with you that you want to watch. I fell for one who became the father of my child and dealt with his incredably destructive behaviour for 15 years. Thought I was just not ood enough for him to reciprocate. Fell for another one straight after pretty hard too. It’s not that they are bad people they just don’t know how to love you back and need a mom more than a girlfriend or boyfriend. It took me ages to realise that whilst I can be clingy, it’s because I was going for the guy that seemed fun, but didn’t want the responsibility of being an adult. Now I have a fun guy who guess what can be an adult too, and guess what… I’m not clingy anymore… good guys exist! But girls, we have to learn to be less clingy, we can’t expect him to be around 24/7, if he is friends with girls, that’s okay, if he goes out with his mates, great… go out with yours and stop giving both of you such a hard time 🙂

It seems like these men should have no personality, no quirks, no hobbies, no favorite things…. just total and complete doting on his lady. While there is nothing wrong with that, is the woman also making sure she is not too emotionally attached to her mother, her ‘toys’, her furniture or her friends? I see FAR too many women totally and utterly attached to their mothers like they are their life-force. If not, then it seems this article makes all us women seem to only be interested in flat, yes-man robots who live only for us. He may love you, but he didn’t take a love potion where his entire world IS you. Yes, spouses should strive to make each oher happy, but there comes some times you should find your own ways to make yourself happy.

Also… some spouses need to stop being SO sensitive about everything. Too many times I see people divorcing and breaking up all over because someone ‘said’ something the other didn’t like too much. Maybe it was the truth.

I wouldn’t want this ‘list’ as a woman and niether should a guy. I know some guys can be dicks, but they have lives too. There’s a diference between an asswipe and a guy who has hobbies, pasttimes, friends and dreams and actually loves his parents. Would you rather your guy call his mother a cunt and a whore? So what if he likes collecting toys and comics? Do you know how much minted toys sell online? They can get up there. If you buy a single toy for 20 dollars and wait ten years, more than likely, that toy could be worth thousands.

You DO know it is WE adults who bring these things into existence and without our inspirations, imaginations, storyboards. sound direction, writings, voice acting, inking, sketching and coloring and computer skills we spend YEARS in college to master……..comics and video games and that entire market would be… rather bleak. We adults who never grew past a love of art and video games and toys move onto become the next animators, artists, comic artists, game designers and toy makers. And we make a living off of it too.

I like collecting toys and I like playing video games. They are just things I like to do. While I do love decorating the house and pour a lot of money into making sure the place looks nice and spend lots of time cleaning it… at the end of a hard day of deep cleaning, let me sit back and let my dust off my manga collectibles and play some Fallout 4 or Civilization. My husband can play Call of Duty or League of Ledgends right beside me and chill out eating some Subway on the weekends or invite some friends over to play D and D or Shadowrun.

And running IS boring. Extreme sports is how you stay in the most shape. Don’t fault a guy for wanting to add excitment to his or your lives. (Though jumping off a cliff is dumb)

Maybe it’s just me, but I am still a child at heart and probably always will be. My husband and I can switch into ‘grownup’ mode really quick and we often are in our daily lives. It seems these ‘real men’ are just straight up domineering, head up their asses stick in the mud men who just grunt orders. Forget that.

Yes, there are these new-age ‘man children’ and they are pretty obnoxious, but I like a nice medium. An adult who can still let their hair down and be silly at times.
