Why not mango salsa, right? Everywhere you look in the store these days there seems to be some new kind of salsa on the shelves. Sure you can combine many different types of ingredients and come up with a new one yourself. But if you’re short on time and want to try something different, our friends at ViveMejor.com shared with us this quick and easy mango salsa recipe with a spicy kick.
The mayo gives the salsa a velvety consistency, while the chipotle and red pepper kicks up the heat. This zesty salsa is perfect with tortilla chips or even crackers of any kind.

CREAMY SPICY MANGO SALSA RECIPE
Makes: 2 cups
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
1/4 cup Ragu® Sauce
2 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. chipotle chili powder
1 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
Instructions
1. Combine Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce, Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise and chili powder in large bowl.
2. Stir in mango and red pepper.
3. Serve, if desired, with tortilla chips.
Note: You can use 1 package (10 oz.) frozen mango, thawed and chopped, instead of fresh mango. Also, try using regular chili powder instead of chipotle chili powder.
