MAKING PALS WITH PANKO
Panko crumbs might sound like a rare ingredient but they are very common and sold at every grocery store. You will find it right next to the breadcrumbs. I love panko breading because unlike powdery breadcrumbs, they are larger and they adhere to each other very well. Panko crumbs allow me to achieve a thick, crispy breading without having to fry my chicken strips.
