Baked Crispy Coconut Chicken Strips with Creole Honey Mustard Dip


I have a friend who swears by marinating her chicken overnight with buttermilk inside a zip bag to achieve a moist chicken strip. I personally forget to marinate most of my food items and I don’t always have buttermilk around.

I’m such a big fan of crunchy breading that I once breaded my chicken in corn flakes to try it out. That recipe was a flop and I should have stuck to my tried and true panko crumbs.
