Take a Break and Take a Breath
When in doubt, take a step back, take a deep breath, take a break and regroup. Things can get heated in the moment and without perspective and a chance to calm down and gather your thoughts you might say something you regret, and that argument can quickly become a fight. Those who argue with true integrity know when to call it quits, to agree to disagree, or to just take a little breather.
