Pre-dawn workouts might not fit your schedule but a session of lunchtime yoga or a post-work jog might be just the thing. If you’re a stay-at-home mom, get a jogging stroller and take the kids along for the ride.
7. What’s Effective For You?
Not all cardio workouts are equally effective for all people. You might build better cardio strength from interval workouts rather than long sustained exercise. Try different workouts and see where you get the biggest bang for your buck.
