12. Pan-Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Pancetta
Roasted potatoes have been a popular side dish since before we can remember; they were probably on your great-grandmother’s dinner table, and for good reason, they are delicious and easy and oh-so-satisfying. This recipe takes the traditional roasted tater and makes it a bit more sophisticated and way more flavorful thanks to the pancetta. After all, we are firm believers that everything takes better with bacon.
