11. Always Use Sunblock
Get in the habit now of putting on sunblock on your face every day to prevent skin cancer and to avoid getting premature wrinkles. And this doesn’t only apply for summer’s sunniest days, but in the coldest, greyest days of winter.
12. Eat whole grains
Say goodbye to white bread and hello to whole wheat and multi-grains. Research says you’ll live longer. Whole grains contain endosperm, bran, and germ, but when grains become processed or refined, they’re stripped of the bran, germ parts, B vitamins, fiber, and iron.
13. Stay Cool, Girl
What is it about summer that turns us into the coolest, most easy going people on earth? Those feelings of ease and joy are due to more down time and long, warm evenings. When fall comes try to keep in the spirit by finding time to exercise, meditate and eat healthy foods.
