2. Practice Forgiving and Forgetting
The happiest moms are those who are not so hard on themselves and others. Don’t waste time brooding and holding grudges against your partner, your child, your mother in law or your friend. Get in the habit of letting it go and putting on your best face and self for you and your kids. Life is too short to hold on to the negative.
