If you’re trying to get pregnant, a fertility diet plan is a great way to increase your odds. The best part is that you probably already enjoy many of the fertility foods for women and you won’t feel deprived at all. In fact, you may be able to indulge in a few guilty pleasures. A 2007 study by the European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology found that, “Drinking whole fat milk and eating ice cream appears to be better for women trying to become pregnant than a diet consisting of low-fat dairy products such as skimmed milk and yoghurt.” Everything in moderation of course!
