Researchers have been studying music and personality for a while and a recent Cambridge University study explored how asking the question, What kind of music do you like?, could be an excellent way to find out how you think. Senior author Dr. Jason Renfrow sums it up, “This line of research highlights how music is a mirror of the self. Music is an expression of who we are emotionally, socially, and cognitively.”
