2. She writes her own music
Shakira wrote her first song when she was just 8 years old! Think about what you were doing when you were 8…if all you can picture is a collection of dolls, a few “I can read” books and some slumber parties then you aren’t alone. Most of us weren’t writing hit music before our braces came off, but Shakira couldn’t hold back her talent. And to this day she not only writes her music, but is also involved in every aspect of its production.
