14. Get in touch with nature.
Spending time outside, appreciating the sunshine, the breeze and the wildlife around you will leave you feeling happier, more present and infinitely grateful for everything you have and all that you are.
15. Go to the dog park and watch the dogs cavort.
Dogs are the epitome of living in the moment and staying positive. Watching them frolic will surely put you in a more positive frame of mind. If you aren’t into dogs, spend some time having fun with your kids or, if you have none of your own, offer to babysit for a friend or family member and take the kids to a playground. The point is to get out there and play.
