2. Take a positive action.
Don’t limit your positive attitude to thoughts alone. Take action in a more positive direction! Even if it’s something as small as pledging to only hit the snooze button once in the morning, you’ve given yourself a few extra minutes to start your day on the right note.
3. Banish negative thoughts.
Try to be aware of your thoughts. When they start to go negative, make a conscious effort to rephrase your thinking and focus on something positive.
