7 STEPS TO SELF-CONFIDENCE
Learn to be present. If you don’t know where to start, don’t wrack your brain. Just begin to practice paying attention to your physical sensations, because they tell you which situations and surroundings make you feel good or bad. The problem is that we have learned to quell that inner voice in order to keep being “the good girl” and please others. When you become more aware of what you like or dislike, things begin to change. True, you won’t escape the traffic jam on the way to work but you can (and should) feel free to skip those tedious dinners with your old high school clique, with which you no longer click.
