If you play an important role in your office that requires your physical presence, and Facetime, video conferencing or email just won’t cut it, then consider bringing your kids with you. Depending on your job and office environment it might not be an ideal solution for every day, but if your team needs you, your clients need you and your baby needs you, sometimes you have to make it work.
