HOW TO UNITASK
1. Make a list of tasks, from most to least important, with a deadline for each.
2. Once you start on a task, don’t allow interruptions. Work on your list, one thing at a time, until you reach a predetermined stopping  point.
3. When you are working on something, refrain from other distractions. The phone, social media, and email should all be turned off or out of sight.
4. At night, turn off the phone and read a book. If you use an eReader, use one that doesn’t allow you to check email or browse the Internet.
