Above all you need to listen to your body and take cues when something doesn’t feel right. Exercise is a wonderful way to unwind, relieve stress, burn calories, maintain a healthy body, healthy heart and healthy mind…that is, until you take it too far and end up harming your well-being. So be mindful of your limits, pay attention to how you feel, and take care of yourself, even if that means skipping a workout and giving your body a break.
