Adding a glaze to grilled meats make them taste extra delicious. However, glazes contain a high amount of sugar, which makes them prone to burning when they come in contact with the direct flames of the grill. This can cause your meats to take on a bitter, burned taste. To keep your glazed meats tasting great, try this: cook your meat until it’s just done. Then, brush on the glaze right before removing from the grill (no more than 5 minutes). Then serve the extra glaze on the side.
