There’s no guarantee your baby will like broccoli or Brussels sprouts, but babies exposed to fruits and vegetables in the womb (traces of flavor appear in amniotic fluid) are more likely to favor fruits and vegetables after birth.

The letters can be emotional, matter of fact or a combo of both. You can express your hopes for the child’s future, be realistic about the fears you have and feel closer to your child even before you hold him or her in your arms.
