8. Katherine Archuleta (The White House)
It’s rare that a woman runs a political campaign at all, so to have a Latino woman run a successful Presidential campaign was a new high. In 2013 Archuleta was sworn in as the Director of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). She is the first Latina to hold the post.
