10. Structure Matters
Even if you have all the pieces of the puzzle in place, how you structure your sandwich can make or break that first bite. Be careful not to put slippery ingredients—like tomato, cucumber or pickled vegetables—together or else your entire sandwich will fall apart in your lap, literally. Layer textures strategically and don’t overdo it with dressings or condiments, which will only overshadow the other flavors in your masterpiece.
