9. Jump Rope Drill
Jumping rope isn’t just for kids. And if you’re scared of tripping over the rope and injuring yourself like a total klutz then good news, for this move you don’t even need an actual jump rope. Stand with your legs slightly bent and your arms slightly bent at your sides (as if you were holding a jump rope). Then start to hop only jumping a couple of inches off the floor. Getting major air isn’t the goal; you’re going for small, controlled jumps while you rotate your arms and shoulders as if you were manipulating a jump rope. Do this for 1 minute and 30 seconds without stopping.
