14. S’mores Brownies
Ok, so these are not technically cookies, but we love s’mores so much they had to make this list of easy recipes. This recipe combines two of our most favorite desserts into an easy, homemade creation. First of all, they are amazing if you make the brownie batter from scratch but it’s totally not necessary. You can use a store-bought, boxed mix and then follow the recipe for all other steps. The basics: a buttery graham cracker crust, topped with gooey chocolate-y brownie, topped with roasted marshmallows. Do we have your attention yet?
