New Year’s Eve is almost upon us. If you’re looking for some inspirational mixed drinks here are three festive cocktails. You can spice it up, be the bomb or even take the “rich” route. Or if you’re really daring try all three. From all of us at Mamiverse have a happy and healthy New Year’s!

GODIVA SPICY KNIGHT
Makes: 1 drink
Ideal Serving Glass: cocktail glass

Ingredients
1½ ounces GODIVA Dark Chocolate Liqueur
¾ ounce Zacapa 23
¼ ounce Baileys Original Irish Cream
Chocolate Shavings for Garnish

Instructions
1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
2. Strain contents into a cocktail glass rimmed with chocolate shavings.

CHERRY BOMBSHELL
Makes: 1 drink
Ideal Serving Glass: shot glass

Ingredients
1 ounce Baileys Chocolate Cherry
½ ounce Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
Chocolate Syrup and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions
1.  Combine Baileys Chocolate Cherry and Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain contents into a shot glass rimmed with chocolate syrup.
3.  Top with a maraschino cherry.

THE GOLD D’OR
Makes:
1 drink
Ideal Serving Glass: champagne flute

Ingredients
¾ ounces Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve
3 ounces Champagne
½ ounce Orange Liqueur
Orange twist for garnish

Instructions
1. Combine ingredients in Champagne flute.
2. Garnish with an orange twist.
