6. Suck in your gut.
Any time you’re standing or sitting around, remember to engage your core for a mini ab workout. Make it a habit as you walk. Every time you see a man talking on a cell phone for example, suck in your stomach and hold it until you see another man talking on a cell. And repeat. Those muscles will firm up in no time, and you’ll be sharpening your Jedi mind tricks, too.
