11. Cotton Wool Cobwebs
This super easy idea is the Halloween arts and crafts project for those who don’t fancy themselves creative and/or talented. Stretch out cotton wool cobwebs into irregular, cobweb-like patterns to decorate any foyer, front porch or classroom. It’s a classic and it’s not going anywhere.
12. Tissue Paper or Cheesecloth Ghosts
Another classic from our own childhood is Styrofoam balls draped in thing paper or fabric, tied off under the ball to form the head of a miniature ghost. These can be strung up from the ceilings or draped down the railings of staircases and windowpanes to haunt your house, no spirit needed.
