2. Veggie Burgers
A whole world of vegetarian recipes for burgers exists out there. From beans and quinoa to chopped broccoli and rice, pretty much any combination of legumes, grains and veggies can be mixed with a binding agent (like eggs) and turned into a burger patty.

3. Spaghetti & No-Meat Balls
Make your balls with thinly sliced mushrooms, breadcrumbs, crumbled tofu and any other veggies or spices you’d like. Simply toss all the ingredients into a food processor and form them into balls before simmering in tomato sauce and tossing with spaghetti noodles.
