8. Letting Loose
You will get lost. Get over it. Learn from it. Most public transport systems clearly label the route you’re on and how to transfer to other routes. Don’t think of it as getting lost; think of it as a great story to tell when you get home.
9. Compassion
You see that single mom struggling to carry her bags, wrangle a stroller and two lively children. Offer her some assistance or at least an encouraging word. If the kids are well behaved, say so. If you can help lift the stroller, lend a hand. It costs you nothing to be kind.
