You are tired and your legs hurt—so will you give up your seat for someone else? No excuses here. Elderly folk unsteady on their feet, pregnant women, those with small children all need to sit down. Unless the vehicle is empty, you always have to be prepared to give up your seat.
7. Budgeting
Another advantage of public transportation is that it gets you thinking about numbers. Should you buy the pass or pay per ride? Daily riders will of course save money with the pass. Many systems offer multi day tourist passes. Chances are you’ll save money in the long run.
