The first time you see the Grand Canyon should be an awe-inspiring experience. If you have already seen hundreds of pictures of something, you make lose a little of the sheen of surprise.

You don’t need to record everything. Have some mystery in your life. The mind remembers without photos. We remember voices and colors and smells and touches. Sometimes, those are the best memories.
