6. You gossip.
If you thought that gossip and drama ended after high school, man were you wrong. That kind of nonsense follows you everywhere, even into your office. It’s not about finding an office that is drama-free (good luck!), the trick to avoiding self-sabotage is staying out of other people’s drama. Focus on your work, your life and leave the gossip to someone else.
