What can be said that has not been sung from mountaintops around the world about the humble ham? There is no part of any animal that has been praised as both powerful and everyday as the ham.
In France, Italy, Spain, and the United States the great pig has been celebrated for his versatility, sensuality, and salty decadence. Spiral ham, cured with salt or without is enjoyed by just about all the people of this beautiful country.
