It’s hard to avoid stress in today’s world. Try find as much serenity as you can before your baby comes and make sure their world—the crib, the place you nurse—are all calm and quiet so you and your baby can enjoy each other’s company.
13. Exercise
Some studies indicate that gentle pregnancy-appropriate exercise helps your baby develop cognitive skills. Swim, walk or find a prenatal yoga class to keep you both healthy.
