4. Don’t take it Personally
We will most likely freak out, yell, get crabby and not want to talk to you at some point during our PMS. Don’t take it personally. It’s not you—it’s us, literally. We would yell at the postman if he tried to deliver a past-due bill while we’re on the rag. Don’t take monthly crankiness to heart, and remember it will be over soon.
