5. Rest Your Eyes
Your eyes, like every part of your body, need sleep. Getting eight hours of uninterrupted sleep allows your eyes to rest and recover from the dust-pollution-makeup-computer strain they endure every day.
6. Combat Computer Eyestrain
How much time do you spend looking at screens, be they computer, smartphone or tablet? All that staring at screens is taking a toll on your eyes. Try to sit at least 25 inches from the computer screen and adjust your seat so that you are looking slightly down at it. Blinking more frequently and practicing the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes shift your eyes to look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
