Ingredients
½ oz fresh yeast
1 cup cold milk
2 eggs
3Tbsp. sugar (plus 2 more for sprinkling over the dough.)
2¼ cups flour
2 sticks of butter
1 Tbsp. orange blossom water (available in specialty food stores)
Dried fruit (oranges, pineapples or cherries)
Surprise tiny clay figurine or large dried beans. (Make sure to let your guests know of their presence in pastry.)
