13. Figure-8 Jog
You’ll need two cones for this exercise, but since most of us don’t have cones lying around the house, you can use anything to mark your place, we’ve used books, shoes, even beer cans. (Don’t judge.) Set up the two cones about four feet apart and stand in the middle of them. Jog in a figure-8 pattern making a circle around one cone then running backwards to circle the other cone. Your body should always face forward and you will be running in every direction to circle both cones. Continue for one minute without stopping, and if you really want to push yourself count how many figure-8s you can do, and then try to increase that number over time.
